How do I know if an item is eligible for exchange?

We offer Exchange Policy under 24hrs.

What if I receive a damaged / defective / wrong product?

We have a 24hrs Exchange policy, which means you have 24hrs after receiving your item to request an exchange.

But make sure you have the video proof before opening the package

Perfumes are generally non-returnable. However, we respect individual preferences. If you are not satisfied with your perfume for any reason, we offer a one-time exchange at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that we are unable to cancel any COD or prepaid orders once they have been placed.

Once Order is Dispached then the customer is not eligible to cancel the Order

How to Initiate an Exchange

Please connect with us on WhatsApp - +91 8735922585 and request the exchange. Send the product to the address received via WhatsApp, and complete the transaction of shipping charges involved. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. If not, additional exchange charges will apply.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage

We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes. But in rare cases, if you receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or incomplete order, get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures on +91 8735922585 and we will take care of the rest.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are only accepted for products received in a damaged, defective, or incomplete condition. To initiate a replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
